1. Introduction
Welcome to MOKSH Enterprises. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, and B2B wholesale clothing purchasing portal. By registering an account or submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Eligibility
Our wholesale platform is intended solely for commercial entities, registered businesses, and independent resellers who are at least 18 years of age.
3. Account Registration
Resellers must provide accurate business contact and delivery details. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account password.
4. Wholesale Purchasing
MOKSH Enterprises operates strictly as a single-vendor wholesale business. All product listings represent curated bulk clothing bales (e.g. 10 to 20 pcs per lot) intended for commercial resale.
5. Product Information & Grading
Products are classified into transparent grades: Grade A (premium condition), Upcycled (reworked apparel), or Vintage Y2K. Authentic light vintage wear is inherent to vintage garments and does not constitute a defect.
6. Pricing
All wholesale prices are displayed in your chosen currency (GBP £, USD $, EUR €) and clearly state both total bale cost and computed per-piece price (`/pc`).
7. Orders
Submitting an order via the checkout modal constitutes a binding offer to purchase the specified wholesale clothing bales at the listed price.
8. Order Acceptance
Order confirmation emails signify receipt of your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of stock inaccuracy or payment failure.
9. Payment
Orders must be paid in full prior to warehouse dispatch. Payments are processed securely using PCI-compliant payment gateways.
10. Shipping & Delivery
Door-to-door express shipping is included on all orders. Shipments are dispatched within 24–48 hours and include tracking links.
11. Returns & Cancellations
Due to the wholesale nature of bulk vintage bales, sales are final except in cases covered by our Buyer Protection Guarantee (e.g. major unannounced damage or incorrect category shipment).
12. Product Availability
Wholesale drops are limited stock. In the rare event an item becomes unavailable after order placement, a prompt refund will be issued.
13. Intellectual Property
All branding, graphics, website content, and software code are the intellectual property of MOKSH Enterprises.
14. Prohibited Activities
Users may not engage in fraudulent ordering, reverse-engineering platform APIs, or unauthorized data scraping.
15. Limitation of Liability
MOKSH Enterprises shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or lost business profits resulting from shipping delays or resale market fluctuations.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MOKSH Enterprises from any commercial claims or liabilities arising from your violation of these terms.
